Sam Feldt & Yves V team up with American singer ROZES for gorgeous new single ‘One Day’

Hot on the heels of Sam Feldt’s last glorious single ‘Gold’ comes another new sensational track in the form of ‘One Day’. A collaboration with Belgian big room artist Yves V and American singer ROZES, it’s a perfect meeting of minds.

Listen to ‘One Day’ here

“I’ve always wanted to work with the vocals of the amazing ROZES, ever since I heard her on a Chainsmokers record a while ago” says Sam. “So when Yves V approached me with this vocal idea I immediately loved it and started working on it with him in the studio. I believe we have found the perfect balance between Yves’ poppy dance sound and the quintessential Sam Feldt uplifting summer vibe.”

Cute whistles typify the sweet nature of this loved-up track from the very start. ROZES’ soft vocals are perfectly matched to the muted piano chords, and as we reach the chorus there’s a certain country / folk vibe that harks back to Feldt’s recent remix of Rodney Atkins. The joyous chorus lets the warm bass and light beats lift the track higher, making for an irresistible smash from this powerhouse combination.

Yves V is a regular in the DJ Mag Top 100, and a mainstage resident at the mightyTomorrowland. The likes of David GuettaMartin Garrix and Armin Van Buuren are among his fans, and has previously collaborated with the likes of Bassjackers andKSHMR. As Sam says, his sound fuses perfectly with that trademark Feldt feelgood factor.

There’s more news this week from Sam too as an exciting new feature launches as part of his Facebook Messenger service. Fans can simulate an interview with Sam by entering the password interview into the chat, unlocking a secret menu which allows them to ask different questions from different categories. Fans then see Sam’s answer, giving the feeling of a direct chat with the man himself. Innovative stuff as always from Camp Sam!
