Get ready for a brand new ‘Ask Us Anything’! This week our lovely Project Manager Vivian has answered all of your burning questions! Vivian was one of the very first employees at The Media Nanny and takes on lots of different projects. “Working with a-list artists means there is never a dull moment, which somehow gives me a certain type of energy that makes me keep on wanting to work in this industry,” she said.
Keep on reading to find out about the most special project Vivian has worked on, what she likes most about her job, and which artist we should keep an eye out for according to her?
What’s the most special project you have worked on?
I have worked on a lot of special projects, but the most recent one I think is the Frenna x Tommy Jeans live performance project we produced in May.
Quote you’ll always remember from a job?
“Never not working!” has been my go-to quote over the last couple of years.
What does a daily day at the office look like to you?
Team meetings, a bunch of calls, chasing artists and loads of emails.
You were one of the first employees of The Media Nanny, what’s changed over the years?
A lot, when I started freelancing for TMN 8 years ago there was literally only 1 other employee, now it’s around 14 people working there. Besides that, the client roster is way broader now. In addition to the variety of artists and festivals, there are clients from the corporate world, sports, cars, fashion brands you name it.
What kind of clients do you work with?
At the moment, I work with Frenna, Ryan Babel, and Gianluca Vacchi.
What do you like most about your job?
I love the variety of projects I am dealing with, and the creative consulting part. Working with a-list artists means there is never a dull moment, which somehow gives me a certain type of energy that makes me keep on wanting to work in this industry.
Have you lived abroad and if so, where did you live?
I have lived in London, which was great, I still miss it from time to time.
Who’s an artist we should definitely keep an eye out for?
For Cosima (my favorite LDN girl), check her out here
